Ranks 1-10
The first 10 levels of weaver are exceptionally easy. All of the Rank 1 and Rank 5 weaver leves reward you with Moko Grass, which is supremely beneficial for your growth all the way up to 10.
On your way up to rank 10, I highly suggest focusing on making the following items:
■ Hempen Yarn (Level 1 - 5+)
Weaving (1)
Lightning Shard x 1
Moko Grass

The goal here is to stock up on Moko Grass, then to grind up on Hempen Yarn until you are out of the grass, then craft the cloth until you have an even stock, then grind the halfgloves for profit.
Combining leves with these three recipes will make short work of your ride from one to ten.
Hopefully in the process, you'll gain some cotton bolls, as well, since that will being your ride to 20.
Ranks 11-20
Now that you've hit the double digits, cotton is now your new best friend.
Ranks 11-15
■ Cotton Yarn (2 x Cotton Boll)
■ Undyed Cotton Cloth (3 x Cotton Yarn)
■ Cotton Scarf (1 x Cotton Yarn, 1 x Undyed Cotton Cloth)
These are your easiest recipes to get you through these levels along with levequests.
Ranks 16-20
■ Cotton Shepherd's Slops (1 x Cotton Yarn, 2 x Undyed Cotton Cloth, 1 x Hempen Cloth)
■ Cotton Pagne (2 x Cotton Yarn, 1 x Cotton Cloth)
■ Dew Thread (2 x Diremite Web)
Being able to do the Dew Thread highly depends on your gear. This is one of the first moments where you need to start worrying about crafting gear. Now that you're playing with cotton, I highly recommend you make yourself a cotton set (also, dying it green makes it look a lot better).
■ Head: Cotton Scarf
■ Body Cotton Shepherd's Tunic
■ Legs Cotton Shepherd's Slops
■ Gloves Cotton Halfgloves
These four things should be enough for you at this point. If you happen to have any more pieces (belt, shoes, etc) feel free to wear them.
Ranks 21-30
This is the Velveteen range. Aside from farming molting mitelings with your DoW/DoM class, 20-40 range local guildleves may now reward 12 x Diremite Web, which will greatly aid you in grinding afterward. Also use this range to upgrade your gear to Velveteen when you hit the late 20s. Velveteen Wedge Cap, Velveteen Shortgloves, etc.
Ranks 21-25
■ Cotton Pagne (2 x Cotton Yarn, 1 x Cotton Cloth)
■ Dew Thread (2 x Diremite Web)
■ Undyed Velveteen (1 x Dew Thread, 1 x Cotton Yarn)
Diremite webs are sold from a vendor as well as drop from mitelings around Eorzea. This range won't be easy if you're simply grinding, but aiming toward making velveteen will be important for your progress. You'll ultimately want to make a bit of gear for yourself.
Ranks 25-30
■ Undyed Velveteen (1 x Dew Thread, 1 x Cotton Yarn)
■ Velveteen Shortgloves (2 x Undyed Velveteen, 1 x Dew Thread)
Focus on making velveteen cloths and shortgloves while you gather flax from your leves, as you'll need them for the grind from 30 to 40.
Ranks 31-40
This is the linen range. NOTE that linen yarn is a level 40 recipe! I don't suggest making these until you're 33-34, though you can technically attempt these the entire 10-level range. Undyed Felt is a good, profitable bridge up to 33-34 if you take the time to farm the karakul fleece.
■ Linen Yarn (2 x Flax)
■ Undyed Linen (2 x Linen Yarn)
■ Linen Tights (2 x Undyed Linen, 1 x Linen Yarn)
■ Linen Shortgloves (2 x Undyed LInen, 1 x Linen Yarn)
And, if you can manage to farm Karakul Fleece:
■ Undyed Felt (1 x Natron, 2 x Karakul Fleece, 1 x Fleece)
Fleece is attained from higher-level levequests as well as a high level Leatherworker synth of Sheepskin. Natron is likely best attained from vendors. I've yet to find a better place to attain it.
Ranks 41-50
Quite frankly, post-1.19, these levels suck pretty badly. If the Karakul Fleece market ever goes down, this might be more affordable, but I literally did most of this range spamming levequests, while on the side farming the karakul fleece and making woolen/felt pieces to sell on the wards.
Gear is of the utmost importance at these levels. It will greatly increase your chance and synthing these high-price items successfully. Full woolen gear from 43 to 48 is highly recommended, and moving to felt gear for the remainder is also highly recommended.
Gear-wise, focus on making woolen/felt gear of the mind/of dexterity. These are the two stats that Weaver uses for HQs (DEX = MH, MND = OH).
If you want my opinion on the easiest syntheses (especially for ease to make with profit), here they are:
41-48
■ Woolen Yarn (2 x Karakul Fleece, 1 x Fleece)
■ Undyed Wool (2 x Woolen Yarn)
■ Woolen Gown (2 x Undyed Woolen Cloth, 1 x Woolen yarn, 1 x Linen Yarn)
■ Add stats with the gown and a woolen cloth. This is a cheap, easy extra synthesis that adds value to the product.
■ Dye it with a dye and the gown.
48-50
■ Felt Gown (2 x Undyed Felt Cloth, 1 x Woolen Yarn, 1 x Undyed Woolen Cloth)
■ Add stats to the gown by taking the gown and adding a Undyed Felt Cloth. This is a cheap, easy extra synthesis for full EXP!
■ Dye it with a dye and the gown.
Other things require items from other crafters. It ultimately depends on your market.
