Step 1: Everyone is from the same server, not in a party
Step 2: Everyone gets out of the overflow and onto the main server
Step 3: The nominated party leader (still no party formed yet) enters the dungeon
Step 4: Group leader invites one person to join the party
Step 5: That person joins the group and gets a popup to join the dungeon, hits ok
Step 6: Wait for newly invited member to appear in dungeon
Repeat 4 and 5 until everyone is in.
