我不知道是我理解错了，还是你说错了。关于这个技能的使用，实际上是这样的：

Fray the Edge

Level 40

    * Type: Ranged, Taunt
    * Effect: A single target very effective taunt with decent range. It's a good taunt in all cases, but it's perfect for grabbing the aggro of those pesky archers that are peppering you fellowship members with arrows. It has the added effect of slightly raising the chance of a conjuction starting during combat. The affect stacks everytime you use it, to a maximum of 25% after 5 uses. You may not really notice the difference, but its there.

关于该技能使用1k次后，激活的新职业特性，是这样的：

Final Straw

    * Acquire: Strike enemies with "Fray the Edge" 1000 times
    * Effect: This trait allows you to use "Fray the Edge" 6 times and get your conjunction chance up to 30%, as opposed to the default 5 times for 25%. Not really worth a whole trait slot, especially if you group with a Burglar regularly.

虽然说明白怎么回事了，不过……谁会去装这么个特性呢= =|||

实际使用情况不装这个特性 6次后也可以叠到30%
